Utbytesstudent 11/12 UTAH !

ALL Utah students need to be made aware of the following:

All exchange students will be required to get a TB test done once they have arrived. They will not be allowed to register for classes until they have passed their TB test. They can get it done at the Healt Department and will cost between $15 and $30.

If a students TB test was taken prior to August 2010 they must have another one completed prior to coming to Utah.

All students must bring (2) original, stamped immunization records.

(One for the district and one for the school) All students need to bring (2) original, stamped of their most current transcrtipts with them. (Those coming to Canyons District are required to have a translated copy as well.) All students must provide proof of insurance

It is impairative that the students have all of these things so that we don't have problems with the districts.  Also please note that Canyons district has changed their start date to 8/23 so student will need to arrive in time to get their TB shots taken care of (at least by the 16th).


hallelujah, avresedatum 12 Augusti är inte like klart längre. Jag skulle komma fram till Utah 15, och den 16:onde måste jag ha gjort ett tbc test i Utah. Blir väääldigt tajt... Får se om jag åker ännu tidigare nu. Dessutom blir det två stycken tbc test för mig. AWESOME!
